John Phillips - CEO
John is a systems engineer with extensive international telecommunications project and employee relations experience.
Following retirement, he worked as a volunteer with the Warren Centre where he promoted STEM education in general, and Primary STEM education in particular.
He is a Director of AustSTEM, a charitable foundation with the aim of raising average STEM literacy in Australian classrooms.
Ton Dijkgraaf - Director, Business Development & Strategy
Technology and sustainability are engrained in the Dutch ethos of doubling output with 50% less resources. As an intrapreneur technologist, strategist, and futurist, Ton has applied that thinking and incubated a number of new business units, and developed solutions in a corporate environment that almost all were linked to doing more with less.
From exploring the possible with open data in 2000, to the paperless office, developing early IoT solutions, leading global transformation programs, early adopter of ML/AI for just-in-time supply chain, smart cities, buildings & ports, manufacturing, and operations – all had some form of sustainability built into the core; with Ton's proposal for the planned Wester Sydney agribusiness precinct as a key contribution to the economy and the NSW Port & Logistics strategy.
Ton looks at the complexity of trends, emerging technologies and works out how to build a business around them within the constraints of the existing enterprise system and often challenging or breaking the status quo to enter new markets.
Rob McTaggart - Director Teaching & Learning
Leading education, business and government projects through product design, software development and educational strategy, Rob is the developer of multiple award-winning platforms and resources for teachers and students including professional learning platforms, multimodal magazines, education events, apps, websites, augmented reality experiences and design challenges.
With over 15 years in education and technology, Rob's best work exists at the nexus of education, technology, innovation and design. He has filled many roles including teacher, learning experience developer, director of teaching and learning, product manager and solutions consultant.
